Thrilly Collection Rhymes With... Information Media Team
Featured Item — Text Crew

Thrilly was born in the ghetto of the district. The Lake District. Back in 2003, to be precise. It has been a long journey, but now - pretty much 5 years later (!!) - we can say Thrilly has finally established itself.

From the early days of Thrilly, in early 2004, when founder Tom Lenartowicz started putting a respectable team of riders together; through to 2005 and 2006 when the brand ran its own online snowboard mag, MonthRag; up until this day after lots of dreaming, stickering, event sponsorship, the addition of Gareth Horner to the company, and everything in between ... it has been a lot of fun progressing somewhat of a 10-year ambition.

If we're honest though, Thrilly doesn't have a mission statement or some grand philosophy. We could probably make something up, but we'd just be talking rubbish. Thrilly exists purely out of love for design, imagination and snowboarding. It's a big thing to us, and we hope it's something that inspires you too.

As this is written, the new Thrilly site is about to launch along with the new collection — and we're hugely excited. Cheers to good music and 10 cups of coffee that have helped keep us going through this all-nighter. And a real big thanks to our parents, Ric Scott, Ed & Tilly, Ingunn, Si, Thrilly team riders past and present, all the crews we've been involved with and everyone else for the support!

We use EarthPositive™ for our collection of men's Thrilly tees. These threads are climate neutral, organic and ethically made. They are manufactured solely using sustainable energy generated from wind and solar power.

The rest of the Thrilly collection (which including our crews and ladies range) are manufactured under fair and ethical trade rules, sanctioned by the Fair Wear Foundation.

The entire Thrilly collection is Oeko-Tex 100 Standard certified, which guarantees the safety of our textiles and dyestuffs to human health.

We use a local screen printing company (about 10 minutes walk from the Thrilly office, in fact) who lovingly hand-print all Thrilly threads, therefore hugely cutting down on transportation of new stock.

i

Make an exchange for a different size or colour. Just follow these simple steps...

Step 1
Send a message using the contact form (or email sales@thrilly.com) asking for a Returns Number. Also state exactly why you wish to exchange and for what colour/size (i.e. what is wrong with the product and any other info). If we deem that you have a valid reason for an exchange, we will email a Returns Number to you and the postal address you need to return your item(s) to (the address is also printed on the invoice that came with your order).

Step 2
Clearly write or print the Returns Number that we give to you on a piece of paper enclosed with the item(s) you are returning*. We are not responsible for return postage costs.

Step 3
Once we have received your item(s), we'll get your exchange item(s) back out to you once it is ready. This is subject to the payment of a return postage fee (via PayPal), depending on your location and exchanged item(s).

iii

If there isn't anything you want to exchange for at the moment, no worries. Just follow these simple steps...

Step 1
Send a message using the contact form (or email sales@thrilly.com) asking for a Returns Number. Also state exactly why you wish to receive a refund (i.e. what is wrong with the product and any other info). If we deem that you have a valid reason for a refund, we will email a Returns Number to you and the postal address you need to return your item(s) to (the address is also printed on the invoice that came with your order).

Step 2
Clearly write or print the Returns Number that we give to you on a piece of paper enclosed with the item(s) you are returning*. We are not responsible for return postage costs.

ii

If you wish to return an item, it must be in a condition that allows it to be re-sold. All items must be returned with all relevant labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item (including stickers). We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-saleable. Thrilly hopes that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, and make every effort to give you the best products and service. However, occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 20 days of the date printed on the front of your invoice. Please follow the steps provided for the returns procedure that's appropriate to you.

*We cannot accept any returns without a valid Returns Number. Returning an item without a Returns Number may risk in you losing your item(s) entirely — we won't know who it's come from! We cannot be held responsible for any loss under these circumstances.
